Please Note: This option is specifically for Bodybuilding judging specifications. This tan is designed for stage presence, definition, and consistency under lights. All other athletes and competitors may choose the Signature Palomino Tan option and still get a dark competition tan without two coats.

To achieve the same color depth as a spray tan (which provides a dark, instant, "just-back-from-vacation" look), a person would realistically need to lay out in the sun 3–4 times per week for approximately 6–8 weeks (totaling 18–32 sessions), depending on skin type.
Scientifically, a spray tan works instantly on the surface, while natural tanning requires building up melanin through cellular damage.
